The tool receives the invoice fields you provide through ChatGPT: business names, addresses, contact details, business tax references, line items, prices, dates, notes and payment instructions. We use them only to calculate and generate your document. Our application processes these fields in memory only. It does not store or log invoice content, share it with unrelated recipients, or retain it after the response. Retention of invoice content by our application: none. There are no cookies, analytics or accounts. Cloudflare hosts and processes the request as our infrastructure provider; ChatGPT handles your conversation under its own policies. The /doc link stores document data in the URL fragment, which your browser does not send to our server. The browser decodes and generates the PDF locally. The link is not encrypted: anyone with the complete link can read the document, and it can remain in your chat or browser history. You control what you enter, edit, download and share. Close the page and remove links from your history or chat when no longer needed. We have no stored invoices to retrieve or delete. Do not enter card numbers, personal government identifiers, medical information, passwords or authentication secrets.
